Attention HCU Debit Card Users!

Please be advised that on Monday, September 14, 2020 HCU will be transitioning its debit card processor to a new processor. HCU expects this transition to be without incident, however, please note the following restrictions that will be in place for all HCU ATMs from 9/14/2020 – 9/16/2020:
- Check or cash deposits will not be accepted, however, the Holyoke and Feeding Hills branches and drive-thrus will be open for business as usual and Mobile Remote Deposit Capture is always available for check deposits.
- Members will be unable to change their Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) at ATMs during this time frame.
Enhanced Fraud Alert Notifications: Members may be notified by text messaging through HCU’s fraud monitoring system if fraud is suspected on a transaction. Members will be asked to verify these transactions.
