COVID-19 Update - May 15, 2020 - As of May 18, 2020 HCU's business hours will be expanding as we begin the process of a gradual reopening. The Holyoke and Feeding Hills Drive-thru hours will be: Mon. - Fri. 9:00 am - 4:00 pm and Sat. 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. The West Springfield branch and drive-thru will remain closed until further notice. Smoothing the Way!

Now that the good weather is upon us we are taking the steps necessary to improve the parking lot and to provide a smoother and safer entrance to HCU. Therefore, on Saturday, August 10, 2019, HCU’s main office will be closed for repaving for four days, opening again on Wednesday, August 14, 2019.

Although the main branch will be closed, our other 2 branches will be open for business and staffed appropriately to handle your banking needs. These branches are located at:

  • 333 Elm Street, West Springfield, MA 01089
  • 14 North Westfield Street, Feeding Hills, MA 01030

For our ATM users, you can use the participating ATMs listed on the SUM Network and the MoneyPass Network at no charge.

And, of course, the following banking methods are available to you as a member at HCU:

  • Online banking
  • Mobile banking
  • ApplePay, Android Pay and Mobile Wallets
  • Remote Deposit Capture
  • PopMoney/Venmo

Please let us know if you need assistance with any of these banking functions before the repaving in order to minimize any inconvenience this may cause.
